We were awarded this MarshMclennan project following a formal competitive tender process and have taken great pride in the relationship we’ve built with this phenomenal multinational company. The Durban project was their first Smart Office in Africa, leading the way in which they will roll out this hybrid working model for the rest of the region. We delivered this office in The Glasshouse, Umhlanga on time and within budget. We were responsible for the complete process of all aspects of the office fit out, from space planning and conceptual design – through to the design development of detailed working drawings and specifications, while managing all budgeting, contractual tender processes and site supervision during construction.
