After completing their original 600sqm office in Umhlanga and further renovations thereof in 2017 (see separate posts), FMI approached us to design their new head office in Ocean Dunes, Sibaya to suit their growing needs. We’re incredibly proud of this dynamic 2000sqm space and were responsible for the complete process of all aspects of the office fit out, from space planning and conceptual design – through to the design development of detailed working drawings and specifications, while managing all budgeting, contractual tender processes and site supervision during construction.
