As part of the broader Marsh McLennan portfolio, we were tasked with reimagining the Mercer office in Sandton, Johannesburg, aligning it with the new layout and overarching vision of the new Marsh Head Office. In this contemporary office design, Dwell celebrated the leading-edge values that define Mercer as a company. Their tagline, “Welcome to Brighter,” became the foundation for the project’s design direction.

We created a workplace that reflects Mercer’s innovative and collaborative culture, providing a space that empowers their team. From the moment you enter, you’re welcomed by energetic bursts of colour through branding elements and thoughtful detailing.
