Dwell designed and project managed the fit out of Marsh McLennan’s new Smart Office in Cape Town. The smart office concept supports both remote and in-person working. This is achieved using a mix of open workstations, collaborative spaces, functional storage, meeting rooms, and private phonebooths and focus rooms. The flexibility of a smart office allows companies and their employees to reach maximum productivity and efficiency. This office is a calm sanctuary for Marsh employees, and their clients, in the hustle and bustle of the Cape Town CBD.
